Lyten
Kim Racine, CSP, CHMM, PSM, is an experienced leader in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), currently serving as Head of EHS at Lyten since February 2024, where efforts are focused on building a world-class EHS team to support innovative technology and product delivery. Previously held the position of Executive Director of EHS at Genentech from June 2014 to August 2023, leading a department transformation to enhance business alignment and customer focus for over 12,000 employees. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Safety at Genentech and Sr. Regional EHS Manager at Boston Scientific, where Kim embedded EHS into corporate culture and managed safety programs across multiple locations. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
