Phillip Eby

Phillip Eby has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Performance Manager at Lafarge Canada since March 2015, focusing on logistics and supply chain performance for Eastern Canada Aggregates. Eby's previous roles at Lafarge include Aggregates Performance Manager, Health and Safety Manager, Operations Process Manager, Maintenance Manager, Mining Foreman, and Aggregates Performance Analyst. Prior to this, Eby worked at Votorantim Cimentos in a Quality Control position for a brief period in 2014. Eby holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Guelph, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
