Kat Ruthirakanok

Kat Ruthirakanok has extensive experience in the financial and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Indirect Lending Assistant Processing Manager at Lafayette Federal Credit Union since October 2017, Kat has held multiple roles there, including Lead Processor, Loan Processor, and Member Service Representative. Previously, Kat worked in the culinary field as a Line Cook at both Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from May 2005 to January 2015 and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from May 2004 to May 2005. Kat holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Stratford University.
