Roland Varblow

Roland Varblow's work experience includes a current role as the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Lafayette Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Archwood Mortgage, LLC for 16 years. Roland also co-founded 1st Service Bank and held multiple roles, including Bank Director and Senior Vice President of the Mortgage Division, from 2000 to 2006. Before entering the mortgage industry, Varblow worked as an Electrical Engineer at Motorola from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, they built and oversaw a correspondent mortgage lending company called Fundmor, Inc. until 2000.
