Anand Kumar

Anand Kumar is an analyst at Lafayette, primarily responsible for location analysis, underwriting, and research for the acquisition of new communities, as well as preparing financial models and marketing materials for new ventures.

Prior to joining Lafayette, Anand worked as an investment analyst at Savills Investment Management in their Paris office, where he prepared financial models for real estate acquisitions of industrial, office, and retail assets completing transactions with a combined value of ~EUR 150 million. Prior to that, he founded a supply chain company called Green Orchid Supply Link in Delhi, India.

Anand holds a B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (India) and an MSc. in Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris (France) where he majored in Real Estate Finance.
