Jessie Lopez, RDN, LD, currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian at Lafayette Regional Health Center and Morrison Healthcare since December and November 2022, respectively. Previous experience includes roles as a Clinical Dietitian at Brookdale and Morrison Healthcare, as well as a Home Health Dietitian at VNA Home Health & Hospice. Jessie has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Missouri and as a UCM Campus Dietitian. Additional positions include Lead Clinical/Outpatient Dietitian at Morrison Healthcare and WIC Coordinator at the Benton County Health Department. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Food Science, and Spanish from the University of Central Missouri, along with completion of the Dietetic Internship from Missouri's Department of Health and Senior Services.
