Cindy Helen-Brea

Cindy Helen Brea serves as the Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement at Lafayette Square since April 2022. Prior experience includes leading the Pensions East segment of Aladdin Client Engagement at BlackRock from July 2016 to April 2022, and specializing in Emerging Market Sales for the Fixed Income Division at Morgan Stanley from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Cindy held similar roles at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse from 2010 to 2011 and 2004 to 2010, respectively. Earlier in the career, Cindy worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 1999 to 2002. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, complemented by foundational studies at Brooklyn Technical High School. Expertise encompasses institutional client coverage across Central America and the Caribbean, focusing on asset-side, liability-side, and derivative solutions.
