Solange Gabriela Escobar

Solange Gabriela Escobar currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Worker Solutions since February 2025 and has held various marketing leadership roles at Lafayette Square since November 2020, including Vice President of Marketing, Senior Associate, and Associate in Client Engagement & Marketing. Solange began her career with internships in marketing at TMPG and Westchester Magazine, gaining exposure to client services, creative processes, and event management. Solange earned a Bachelor's Degree from Pace University in 2016.
