Caroline Hastings

Caroline Hastings is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the financial services sector. Since 2015, Caroline has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Lafferty Group, where previous titles included Executive Director and Director of Councils and Client Relations. Prior to Lafferty Group, Caroline held the position of Executive Director & Senior Vice President at Rabobank from 1992 to 2003 and worked as Assistant Vice President at Erst Bank from 1990 to 1992. Caroline's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, and a BA (Hons) in Economics and French from the University of Galway.
