Jill Desmarais

Jill Desmarais has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jill began their career as a Teller at Citizens-Union Savings Bank in 1986. Jill later transitioned to become a Personnel Analyst/Cash Management Analyst at the same company, where they administered employee benefits, recruited non-exempt employees, and handled payroll and tax-related tasks. In 1997, they briefly worked as a Payroll Coordinator at AccountSearch.

In 1998, Jill joined Little People's College, Inc. as a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator, where they administered payroll and benefits and analyzed cost and budget. Jill then transitioned to The Groden Network "Your Autism Experts", where they worked as a Benefits Specialist and later as a Benefits Manager. In these roles, they administered employee benefits, workers' compensation, FMLA, and COBRA, while also negotiating insurance contracts and analyzing benefit costs.

In 2012, Jill worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Garda Company LLC & Laser Performance North America. Jill then joined DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson for Kelly Services as a Field Coordinator, where they audited business expenses, created expense reports, advised sales reps on guidelines, and made travel arrangements.

From 2013 to 2020, Jill worked at Swarovski Optik, starting as a Human Resources & Payroll Administrator before transitioning to roles such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Assistant Manager Human Resources.

In 2020, they joined Premier Diagnostic Services, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager before assuming their current position as the Director of Human Resources at Lafrance Hospitality in June 2021.
