Kenneth Tarara serves as the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Lafrance Hospitality since 2013, overseeing a region of the hotel portfolio and developing both property-specific and company-wide initiatives. In addition to this role, Kenneth has been an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since January 2018, contributing to the School of Business by sharing practical experiences in the Hospitality Undergraduate program. Previously, Kenneth held the position of General Manager at GF Management from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included compliance evaluation during property transitions. Kenneth's career began at The Common Man Family as Assistant General Manager from 2009 to 2011, focusing on maintaining high service standards. Academically, Kenneth holds a BS in Hotel/Resort Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an AS in Hospitality Management from Northern Essex Community College.
