Chris Schinnerer

Chris Schinnerer has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Business Development at Lagoon Water Midstream since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Devon Energy for seven years, holding various roles such as Supervisor of Natural Gas Marketing, Supervisor of Commodity Market Analysis, and working in Crude Oil Marketing. Before their time at Devon Energy, they worked as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2010. Chris also has government experience, having worked at the National Security Council at The White House in East Asian Affairs from 2008 to 2009. Chris also held the position of Assistant Director of Operations at the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics from 2006 to 2008. Chris'searliest work experience was as an Analyst at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from 2003 to 2006.

Chris Schinnerer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Public Administration degree in Energy Policy and Finance at Columbia | SIPA from 2009 to 2011.
