Rei Obaigbo serves as the Public Relations Officer for FIABCI-NIGERIA since July 2022 and holds the position of President of the Young Professionals Council. Additionally, Rei is currently the Assistant Chairperson of Newsletter and Media for the International Women’s Society (IWS Nigeria) and the Vice President of the Young Professional Council at FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation. Involvement with the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a Board Member of Young Business Leaders began in July 2023. Rei is also an Investing Partner at Liveizy, a Partner at RELMARKETERS specializing as a Real Estate Marketing Consultant, and the Founder and CEO of Oreime.com since August 2017. Previous experiences include serving as Mrs. Nigeria from April 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included representing various cultural and social aspects, and holding roles in marketing communications and brand management at Knight Frank and Fieldco Limited. Education encompasses a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales, a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature from the University of Benin, and additional training in presentation skills.

Founded in 1888, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the Premier Chamber of Commerce in Nigeria. It was incorporated in 1950 as a non-profit making organization, Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act of 1948. It is the foremost private sector group in Nigeria with over 2, 000 corporate members. It also accounts for an estimated 60% of industrial output, 65% of general commerce and 75% financial services in the country.
