Sunday Osanyintuyi is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, media relations, and journalism. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry since May 2022, Sunday focuses on building and maintaining the chamber's reputation and media visibility. As the Founder and CEO of Naija Gatekeeper News, Sunday is dedicated to delivering purpose-driven journalism in Africa. Prior roles include Manager of Media Relations and Publications at Daystar Christian Centre, where Sunday managed corporate communications and social media strategies, and several managerial positions in advertising and media relations across various companies, including Odade Investment Limited and SOULCOMM PR Agency. Sunday holds multiple degrees in Mass Communications, including a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos, and has a strong foundation in public relations and mass communication through education and professional experience.

Founded in 1888, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the Premier Chamber of Commerce in Nigeria. It was incorporated in 1950 as a non-profit making organization, Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act of 1948. It is the foremost private sector group in Nigeria with over 2, 000 corporate members. It also accounts for an estimated 60% of industrial output, 65% of general commerce and 75% financial services in the country. The primary objective of the Chamber is to promote, support or oppose legislative or other measures affecting trade, industry, commerce and agriculture. The Chamber represents the opinion of the business community on the above matters in particular and economy as a whole. Over the past thirteen decades, LCCI has remained the leading voice of the private sector through its sustained public policy advocacy, stakeholders’ engagement and trade promotion activities.
