Matthew Obiazikwor

Matthew Obiazikwor is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications at Unity Bank Plc since January 2016. In this role, Matthew focuses on brand strategy development, campaign planning and implementation, brand and product activation, and media relations. Prior to this position, Matthew was the Head of Brand Management at FINBANK PLC and held the role of Brand Marketing at First City Monument Bank Plc since September 2012, where responsibilities included designing marketing communications plans and executing events aligned with corporate strategy. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
