Grace Idika

Grace Idika has extensive experience in customer service and community engagement, currently serving as a Community Volunteer at Lagos Food Bank since October 2018 and as a Virtual Assistant with HIREMOTE AFRICA since October 2023. Previous roles include Credit Collections Executive at Carbon from May 2022 to February 2024 and Customer Service Representative at BlueRidge Micro Finance Bank from October 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Additionally, Grace worked in occupational health at the Nigerian Ports Authority from June 2016 to June 2017, focusing on staff wellness and disease awareness. Early career experience as a Microbiologist Assistant at May & Baker Nig. Plc from January to June 2014 complements an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Covenant University and further studies at the University of Lagos.
