Michael Lucas has extensive experience in airport operations and facilities management, currently serving as a Manager of Facilities and Manager of Terminal Operations at LaGuardia Gateway Partners since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Emirates from November 2006 to August 2022, including Airport Services Officer, Supervisor of Airport Services, and Senior Airport Services Agent. Michael’s career began at Swissport as a Ticket Sales Agent from April 2004 to November 2006, following a role as a Check-in Agent at Triangle Services from August 2003 to September 2005. In the early stages of the career, Michael interned in Operations Management with The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey from January 2002 to August 2003. Michael earned a degree from Dowling College, completing studies between 2003 and 2007.
