Laura Finkbeiner

Laura Finkbeiner has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Laura began their career in 2008 at Barton Hill Hotel & Spa, where they served as the Department Manager of the Front of House and Spa. Laura'sresponsibilities included managing guest relations, hiring and training front of the house personnel, and overseeing the operations of the front desk and spa. In 2015, Laura joined ADS Niagara Falls as an Office Manager before joining The Ranch at Laguna Beach in 2017. At The Ranch at Laguna Beach, they initially served as the Director of Front Office and later transitioned into the role of Director of Operations.
