Lisa Rosecrans

Lisa Rosecrans has extensive experience in human resources and finance, with a current role as Director of HR at The Ranch at Laguna Beach since November 2013, overseeing all aspects of HR, payroll, and benefits. Prior to this, Lisa served as HR/Payroll Supervisor at the same organization. Lisa's background includes positions at Montage Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities as a Staff Accountant from September 2009 to October 2013 included balancing bank statements and performing revenue analysis, and as an Income Auditor from June 2004 to October 2013, focusing on auditing daily revenue and managing credit card settlements. Lisa holds education from El Camino College and West High School.
