Ravi Ranjan has extensive experience in the apparel industry, currently serving as Planning Manager at Laguna Clothing Pvt Ltd since June 2016, where responsibilities include capacity analysis and optimizing order allotment strategies to enhance profitability. Prior roles at Laguna included Assistant Planning Manager and Product Development Executive, focusing on product development, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with various teams to improve garment construction and fabric quality. Earlier positions included Management Trainee in Product Development and Research Intern, where notable projects involved standardizing sewing operations. Ravi's internship experiences at Poeticgem International Ltd, Raymond Limited, and Wearwell India Pvt.
