Saul J. Weiner is a distinguished Professor of Medicine, Pediatrics, and Medical Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where contributions since July 1997 include roles as Program Director for the Clinical Leaders and Academic Scholars Fellowship and oversight of medical school curricula and graduate medical education programs. As a co-founder and principal of the Institute for Practice and Provider Performance Improvement, Inc., Saul J. Weiner continues to influence medical education and practice. Previous experience includes research in molecular immunology at Massachusetts General Hospital and a medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and residency training at the University of Chicago.
