Elina Savutie

Elina Savutie has extensive experience in information management and human resources, currently serving as an Information Management Designer and Change Management Specialist at Lahden kaupunki / City of Lahti since October 2004. Elina has held roles including Secretary to the Director of Personnel and Project Coordinator, contributing to regional collaboration and project coordination in Päijät-Häme.
