Helene Vanninen

Helene Vanninen is an experienced housing specialist with a robust background in public housing duties and policy implementation. Currently working at the City of Lahti since February 2020, Helene previously held similar positions at the City of Vantaa and the City of Hyvinkää, where responsibilities included supervising social housing stock and participating in housing policy development. Helene's experience also encompasses project coordination focused on social and health care reforms, as well as tenant counselling and advocacy at Niiralan Kulma Oy. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Policy from the University of Eastern Finland, complemented by a minor in Business Administration and Management.
