April Timko

April Timko is an experienced attorney specializing in health care law with a focus on regulatory and transactional issues. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Beth Israel Lahey Health since March 2019 and as Assistant General Counsel at Lahey Health since February 2014, April has played a pivotal role in drafting and negotiating various legal agreements, advising on compliance with federal and state health care laws, and supporting corporate transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Steward Health Care and as an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery, where April represented a diverse clientele in matters related to health care acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. April holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Boston University School of Law, obtained in 2007.
