Angie Woo

Angie Woo currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Asbury Automotive Group since December 2024. Previously, Angie Woo held the position of Associate General Counsel and Legal Director at Cisco from February 2006 to April 2024, where Angie Woo contributed significantly to important projects involving corporate governance and compliance. Prior to that, Angie Woo was the General Counsel for the SciCare Business Unit at Scientific Atlanta and provided legal counsel on corporate governance issues. Angie Woo began a legal career as an Associate in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance practice group at Troutman Sanders LLP, participating in notable mergers that formed substantial companies. Angie Woo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA from Duke University.
