Brian Hahn

Brian Hahn has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and fabrication. Brian began their career at Legacy Effects in 2009, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Puppeteer for several months. From there, they joined General Lift as a Mechanical Design Engineer in 2009, before moving on to LAIKA, LLC in 2010. At LAIKA, they initially served as the Set Shop Foreman before being promoted to Head of Mechanical Fabrication in December 2011. Brian also worked at New Deal Studios as a Mechanical Effects Engineer for over a decade, starting in 1997 and concluding in 2010. Overall, their experience showcases their expertise in mechanical design, fabrication, and engineering within the film industry.

Brian Hahn obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography from the Kansas City Art Institute, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
