LAIKA
Madeleine Arana is an experienced puppet painter and character fabricator with a solid background in animation. Currently employed at LAIKA, LLC since January 2021, Madeleine has held multiple roles including Puppet Painter, Junior Puppet Painter, and Junior Silicone and Foam Caster. Prior to this, Madeleine worked as a Character Fabricator at HouseSpecial for a brief period in 2020 and served in various capacities related to silicone and foam casting at LAIKA, LLC from June 2019 to November 2020. Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design, earned between 2015 and 2019.
