Selen Atiker

Selen Atiker is a highly skilled CG Animator with extensive experience in the animation industry. Currently employed at LAIKA Studios since February 2023, Selen previously held roles as a Senior Animator at TAIKO Studios, where involvement in the mini-series Pokémon-path to peak took place, and at Kitestring, Inc., contributing to the short film Like!. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Cinematic Animator at Nyan Heroes and Senior Character Animator at BRON Studios. Selen worked at Pixar Animation Studios from December 2019 to January 2022, contributing to acclaimed projects like Turning Red, Luca, and the Academy Award-winning Soul. Additional roles include Cinematic Animator for Crystal Dynamics’ Marvel's Avengers and gameplay Animator for WWE2K20 at 2K. Selen began a career in animation at Anki, where contributions spanned preproduction, production, and postproduction, along with mentoring responsibilities. Education includes a Master of Fine Arts in 3D Character Animation from the Academy of Art University, complemented by advanced degrees in Environmental Health Engineering.
