Paul Hoffman

Paul began his career with the San Francisco office of Laventhol & Horwath, and later Moss Adams, concentrating primarily in audit and tax for the construction, real estate, and apparel industries. Identifying that the wine industry was about to experience explosive growth, (and was much more exciting than tech), Paul headed to the Napa/Sonoma wine country over 25 years ago. Since that time he has worked in senior financial management positions for a number of area wineries and has advised in excess of 50 wineries in CA, OR, WA and NY.

Paul is a Santa Clara University graduate with a BSC in accounting, holds an active CPA license in CA, is a member of both the AICPA and California Society of CPA’s, and is active on non-profit and for-profit boards. He resides in Napa with his wife, and enjoys single malt scotch, road bicycle riding, (but not at the same time), and is the keyboardist for the Silverado Pickups.
