Alicia Hall

Alicia Hall is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Resourcing Leader at Laing O'Rourke since March 2019. In this role, Alicia has held several positions including Senior Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Manager for the BYLOR project at Hinkley Point C, where a specialized team focuses on connecting top talent within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Laing O'Rourke, Alicia was a Recruitment Consultant at ionic Recruitment Ltd specializing in new build housing and at Building Careers UK Ltd focusing on commercial civil specialties. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Criminal Psychology from the University of Liverpool, earned from 2009 to 2012.
