Andrew Harrap

Andrew Harrap is an experienced professional in project management and development, currently serving as Development Director for the North East Link Program, South Package at Laing O'Rourke since September 2019. Previously, Andrew held roles as Development Lead and Project Leader within the South East Program Alliance (SEPA). Prior to joining Laing O'Rourke, Andrew worked at CPB Contractors from July 2006 to August 2019 as a Project Manager on the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project and served in additional Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer roles. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Atkins from 2003 to 2006.
