Hayley Gilmour

Hayley Gilmour has over a decade of experience in commercial leadership within the construction and engineering sectors, primarily with Laing O'Rourke, where roles included Head of Commercial - Project Delivery and Senior Commercial Manager from November 2014 to July 2024. Prior to this, Hayley held the position of Senior Commercial Director at SNC-Lavalin from August 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Quantity Surveyor at BAM UK & Ireland from June 2003 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from The University of Manchester.
