Jonpaul Deangelis

Jonpaul DeAngelis is an experienced project leader in the rail operations sector, currently serving as Project Leader for Rail Operations NSW at Laing O'Rourke since January 2018. In this role, Jonpaul oversees both the Hunter and Sydney Rail Operations portfolios, fostering synergies across state operations. Prior to this, Jonpaul held various positions, including Project Manager at ARTC, where responsibility encompassed leading teams for safe planning and executing maintenance programs, and Managing Director at DeAngelis Engineering, which expanded from engineering design to construction services. With a solid engineering foundation that includes roles at Hatch, Orica, and Lindsay Dynan Consulting Engineers, Jonpaul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Newcastle, along with diplomas in Leadership and Project Management.
