Jose Fraga

Jose Fraga is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in project management and senior engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Laing O'Rourke since July 2021, Jose has been involved in the Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station project. Previous roles include Rebar Manager at VINCI Construction Grands Projets for the HS2 Balfour Beatty Vinci Joint Venture, and Senior Engineer positions at Relieve Engineering, N25 New Ross Joint Venture, and UTE Puente de Cádiz (Dragados - Drace), among others. Jose holds a degree in Forestry Engineering from Universidade de Vigo and a Master's degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from EUDE Business School. Additional education includes training from the Construction Labour Foundation.
