Stuart Milligan

Stuart Milligan is an experienced project leader in the rail industry, currently serving as Project Leader for Rail Operations at Laing O'Rourke since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Victorian arm of the business and managing client relationships with organizations such as ARTC and VLine. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Metro Trains Melbourne, where Stuart oversaw the safety and maintenance of over 1,000 kilometers of track, and positions with Track Partnership and Network Rail, focusing on construction and project management for track renewals.
