Talon Lloyd

Talon Lloyd is an experienced excavator and multi-skilled plant operator with a career spanning over a decade in the construction and mining industries. Currently employed at Laing O'Rourke since June 2016, Talon specializes in operating excavators at Itchy's LNG processing facility. Previous roles include excavator operator positions for the QH & M Birt company on projects such as the Amrun road construction and various APLNG projects for Origin Energy. Talon has also held multi-skilled operator positions involving the operation of scrapers, graders, and compactors for several companies, including RIO TINTO and Ostwald Bros, focusing on bulk earthworks and construction of tailings dams and gas compressor stations. Talon received education at St Mary's Catholic College in Dalby.
