Justina Lai

Justina Lai is a prominent finance professional with extensive experience in impact investing and asset management. Currently serving as Chief Impact Officer and Employee Owner at Laird Norton Wetherby since September 2015, Justina played a key role in the organization's evolution following the merger of Laird Norton Wealth Management and Wetherby Asset Management. Justina also contributes to academia as Professional Faculty at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Previously, Justina held various influential positions at Sonen Capital LLC, The Rockefeller Foundation, and Vestar Capital Partners, and completed an internship at Legacy Venture.
