Andy Dale

Andy Dale is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in growth company development across the Pacific Northwest. As the Managing Partner at Montlake Capital since January 2000, Andy specializes in building businesses in fields such as paving, plumbing, fintech, and consumer services. Additionally, Andy serves as Board Chair for multiple organizations, including Fast Water Heater Company, Fedelta Home Care, HighRoad Pavement Services, and SWS Equipment, Inc. Andy holds board positions at Laird Norton Company, Star Rentals, Inc., and Theo Chocolate, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Institute for Corporate Productivity and Zing Bars. Andy earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
