Tawsif Sarker

Tawsif Sarker is a senior technologist at Laird Performance Materials since November 2023, providing technical support and guidance for customer inquiries and ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities. Previously, Tawsif served as a run plant engineer at DuPont from December 2021 to October 2023, collaborating with improvement engineers and leading troubleshooting efforts. Tawsif's experience also includes a role as a process engineer at LANXESS from May 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities involved optimizing industrial processes, managing documentation, and leading continuous improvement projects. Tawsif holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned in 2019.
