Birdy Wei

Birdy Wei is a seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the thermal management industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Laird Thermal Systems since July 2010, Birdy Wei specializes in thermoelectric modules, thermoelectric assemblies, and liquid cooling systems. Previous experience includes a position as a Test Engineer at Aavid Thermalloy from February 2005 to July 2010, and roles as a Process Engineer at Thermaltake Technology and TAIWAN ALPHA ELECTRONIC CO., LTD. Additionally, Birdy Wei holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from South China University of Technology and a Junior College degree in NC Technology and mold design from Guilin University of Electronic Technology.
