Elodie le Roux

Elodie LE ROUX has over a decade of experience in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable recherche et développement at Laïta since March 2012, Elodie previously held the position of Chef de projet R&D at the same company. Prior experience includes an R&D internship at Fromageries Bel and roles in microbiological analysis and research internships in various organizations including Queensland's Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries and Cargill. Elodie holds an engineering degree in agro-food science from Agrocampus Ouest and a DUT in Biological Engineering from IUT de St Brieuc.
