Emmanuel Blas is an experienced process and product engineer specializing in continuous improvement within the food industry. Since April 2019, Emmanuel has served as a process engineer and team leader at LAITA PGC, managing a packaging workshop of 70 individuals and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. Prior to this role, Emmanuel worked at Buitoni Food Company as a products development engineer, leading process optimization projects and supporting new product development. Emmanuel also has experience from an internship at Nestlé focused on lipid science, a quality management role at Biolie, and additional research positions in biochemical engineering and product development. Emmanuel holds an Engineer's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie et des Industries Alimentaires.
