Quiterie de Drouas

Quiterie de Drouas is an experienced R&D Project Manager at Laïta since March 2023, specializing in the development of packaging and product improvement, project planning, and risk assessment. Previous roles include Process Optimization Engineer in a butter factory, where significant water consumption reductions were achieved, and Production/Continuous Improvement Engineer at Olga, where management of production and continuous improvement projects was executed. Quiterie also has experience in production engineering in compote packaging at Groupe Lactalis, where methodologies for efficiency improvements were implemented. Further expertise includes research and development work on green bean cooking and an internship in a cheese factory. Educational qualifications comprise an engineering degree in food science from ESA and further training at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
