Matt Wayne

Matt Wayne has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Matt began their career at Bovis as a Graduate Management Trainee in 1989, and later became a Senior Project Manager. In 1998, they joined Mars and held various roles including Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Inbound Logistics Manager, Production Shift Manager, and eventually became the UK HR Director & UK HR Sales and Marketing Manager. During their time at Mars, they demonstrated accomplished leadership skills and successfully restructured the UK organization. In 2010, they joined Colas Rail UK as the HR Head for the Engineering and Project Divisions. Currently, they serve as the Group HR Director at Direct Wines since 2011.

Matt Wayne attended The University of Salford from 1989 to 1993, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management.
