Nathalie Pinto

Nathalie Pinto serves as the Group HR Director at FRUITS ROUGES & Co. since May 2025, overseeing HR functions across France and Morocco for a workforce of 550 employees. Previously, Nathalie held various HR roles at ENERCON from September 2019 to April 2025, creating HR functions for the Western Europe division and leading HR for ENERCON Service France, which operates 2,100 wind turbines and employs 600 staff. Prior to ENERCON, Nathalie was the Chief HR and Communication Officer at smart wood and served as the HR and Internal Communication Executive Director at Ipsen, actively contributing to organizational transformation and employee engagement initiatives. Nathalie began their career in HR roles at Carrefour Supply Chain, Senoble, and Faurecia, establishing foundational HR functions and leading teams in diverse environments. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economy and Administration from the University of Lille 1, specializing in Social Law and Human Resources.
