Jennifer McMillan

Jennifer McMillan is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in human resources and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and overseeing Corporate Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility at Laitram since July 2019, McMillan previously held the title of Vice President for the US division at Aritzia, where leadership was focused on expanding the brand's presence in the American market. At Ralph Lauren, McMillan held multiple senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Club Monaco, managing a global network of stores, and leading human resources initiatives in Japan and global shared services. McMillan's early career includes human resources management at Entergy and talent development at Christian Dior. McMillan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The University of Georgia.
