Jennifer McMillan, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Laitram since July 2019, overseeing global corporate functions such as Information Technology, Facilities, People & Culture, and Environmental Health & Safety. With a strong track record in strategic leadership, Jennifer previously held roles including Vice President of the US at Aritzia, where leadership was focused on a rapidly growing fashion brand, and Senior Vice President at Club Monaco, managing a global store network and customer experience. Additional experience includes various human resources positions at Ralph Lauren and Entergy, culminating in extensive expertise in human resources management, team leadership, and corporate strategy. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The University of Georgia.
