Ihor Honcharuk serves as the Chief Business Process Management and IT Officer at Lakanto since August 2023, focusing on strategy, goals, metrics, BPM, and IT. With extensive experience in IT leadership, Ihor has held positions including Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Information Technology at Saraya since April 2019, where oversight includes the Global Operations Division and overseas affiliates. Previous roles encompass key IT and BPO management positions at DHL and the National Commission of State Public Utilities Regulation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Public Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
