Rob Scheel

Rob Scheel is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Lake Air Products since December 2020. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Director of Operations at Performance, Complete Metal Solutions from October 2012 to December 2020. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Rob has played key roles in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles at various companies, including Ariens Company where Rob served as Director of Operations and Lean Manager. Rob has successfully led turnaround efforts by transitioning manufacturing processes to Lean practices and provided coaching to kaizen teams for continuous improvement.
