Beth Paz

Beth Paz currently serves as the Associate Pastor of Missional Outreach and Pastor of Young Adult Ministries at Lake Avenue Church since March 2021. In addition, Beth co-founded and directs the PreacHER Academy, an online learning platform aimed at equipping women with biblical knowledge and preaching skills. Previous experience includes serving as a Parish Pulpit Fellowship Post-Graduate Recipient sponsored by Fuller Theological Seminary, Director of High School Ministry at First Presbyterian Church, and Executive Director of InterVarsity's FIFUL. With a background in organizational leadership and management, Beth has developed strong skills in strategic planning, pastoral care, public speaking, and volunteer management. Beth holds a Master's of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a BA in English and Intercultural Studies from Fresno Pacific University.
