Jim Rossette

Jim Rossette is a graphic designer with a diverse background in customer service and visual arts. Currently employed at Lake Beverage Corp. since March 2022, Jim applies graphic design skills to enhance branding efforts. Prior experience includes roles at Swiftwater Brewing Company from September 2016 to October 2022 as a bartender, graphic designer, and general laborer, contributing to the brewery's community-focused culture. Jim also worked at ShoreTel as a support representative from September 2013 to September 2016, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support. Previous positions include senior teller at Citizens Bank and customer specialist at Best Buy, emphasizing relationship-building and consultative sales. Jim's career began as a photographer for KA Photography, specializing in wedding photography, and includes experience in home theater sales at Circuit City. Jim holds an AAS degree in Graphic Design from Erie Community College.
